Last week, while I was home for Thanksgiving, I had the opportunity to take some engagement shots with my sister and her fiancé. We met up at the Race Street Pier in Philadelphia and got some great shots before heading off to lunch. Congratulations again Lisa and Mike! Can’t wait until the wedding!
I’ve known Lisa since high school and Joe since college, so when they announced a few months ago that they’d be having a baby, I couldn’t have been happier. Lisa is about 25 weeks along and looks to be enjoying (almost!) every minute of being an expectant mother. With nothing to do on the start of my Labor Day weekend, I made a quick trip down to PA for some wine tasting and an impromptu maternity shoot.
I’ve known ChiWei for 14 years, so when she asked me to take pictures of her son, Josh, I was more than excited to meet him. It’s been almost a year since ChiWei and Drew had Josh, and even in the short hour I spent with him, I can tell he’s an incredibly happy kid with two great parents. He also took some time to show his serious, focused side in this photo shoot — can’t wait to see him grow up!
