It often takes some months between the time that friends of mine have children and I get to meet them. We were graced with a visit from Ellie (her first “trip” I believe) back in October. She was about 9 and a half months at this point and exceptionally cute, probably one of the happiest babies (with equally happy parents) that I’ve ever seen.
